A Chartered Accountant with years of experience in Finance and Business, he has extensive hands-on experience in the retail lending business, its systems & processes, legal & regulatory framework, management of risks & governance mechanisms.
Jose is also a co-founder of Index Advisory that has incubated multiple entrepreneurial ventures and has lead the financial advisory of the firm, helping organisations such as Daimler Financial Services and Medtronic to develop and launch finance offerings in India.
He has served on the board of several companies including multinational joint ventures and Tata group companies and has served as executive committee member of FIDC (Finance Industries Development Council), an apex organisation for financial service companies.
Prior to launching Index, Jose was the CFO and Risk Head of Tata Motors Finance, a retail finance company with a loan book in excess of $3 billion.
Jose lives with his wife in Mumbai.
Like any passionate entrepreneur, Dheeraj has worn many hats at Arogya, including those of chief marketer, fundraiser, and tech geek.
Over the past few years, Dheeraj was involved with several start-ups. Until recently, Dheeraj was the Head of Business Design, India at IDEO, where he was part of a core team of people which helped establish the office in India. Prior to IDEO, Dheeraj worked at Innosight Ventures focused on building businesses in India. He led and was part of several ventures that cut across a wide range of industries from agriculture to financial services to men's grooming and medical devices. His work gave him exposure to people from all walks of life - ranging from farmers in rural India to CEOs in executive boardrooms.
Dheeraj holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School and BS degrees in both Finance and Computer Science from the University of Maryland. He lives in Hyderabad with his wife, Rishtee, and their two children.

Yogesh has worked closely with the top management of various companies helping them develop strategies for growth and reshape their organisations, by effectively leveraging their Human resources. Yogesh has helped various small and medium enterprises professionalise their companies and take them to the next level of growth.
Prior to entering the area of consultancy Yogesh spent 23 years in the corporate world, primarily with the Tata Group. He has built his career leading change and transformation as a HR leader and strategic business partner. He has headed corporate functions like Human Resources, Corporate Planning, Information Technology, Network Expansion, Channel Management and At the time of leaving the Tata group he was Chief HR & Corporate Affairs for Tata Capital. .Under his leadership Tata Motors won the Best Employer award for 3 years in a row from 2002 to 2004 Yogesh pioneered the concept of HR as a profit centre in Tata Motors and then went on to help other Tata companies such as VSNL, Tata Chemicals, Tata Precision instruments Singapore, Tata Steel, and Rallis in setting up various HR practices that are best in class. He has also helped mentor employees on various business assignments in sales and collections.
Ajay heads the Business Development function for Arogya Finance, developing industry level partnerships and a large network of partner hospitals and business associates.
Ajay has worked extensively in developing new verticals, markets, products and solutions across the Industries and brings along 15 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing Excellence, as a Business Consultant. Prior to that Ajay gained 7 years rich industry experience in the Financial Services, Steel, Non-Ferrous Metals and Telecommunication industries, with a focus on Credit Appraisal of Corporate Clients, Management Assurance, Project Management and Business Development.
Ajay is a Bachelor of Engineering (Metallurgy) and an MBA in Finance from SIMSR.
Anuradha heads the human resource function and guides the young Arogya team, spread across 14 states in India. Some of the interventions that she has spearheaded are manpower planning and recruitment, training, performance management systems, incentive schemes, HR policy framework, etc.
Anuradha is a seasoned HR professional with a unique blend of corporate as well as consultancy experience, having worked with several companies - ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies - helping them develop innovative and pragmatic solutions closely linked and aligned to their business strategies.
Anuradha has a postgraduate degree in Management with specialization in HR from ICFAI Business School, Mumbai and is also a member of the NHRD network and India Women Network(IWN) an initiative of CII.
